Transfer from Arusha/Moshi to Tarangire followed by game drive.

You'll start your journey from your Arusha/Moshi hotel or Kilimanjaro/Arusha Airport, embarking on a scenic 3-hour drive to Tarangire National Park. Once there, a full-day game drive awaits, accompanied by a satisfying hot lunch within the park. Later, the drive continues to your overnight accommodation for dinner and stay.

The Tarangire National Park park is a haven for wildlife, boasting herds of up to 300 elephants, scraping the river beds for elusive streams. Witness nomadic wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, and an array of antelope congregating around shrinking lagoons. It holds the highest concentration of wildlife beyond the Serengeti, a paradise for predators. Here, unique species like the elegant fringe-eared oryx and the distinctive long-necked gerenuk are commonly sighted—a rarity elsewhere in Tanzania.

Moreover, Tarangire is the exclusive park where migratory animals find refuge during the dry season, welcoming a diverse range of species back home.

Central Serengeti to North Serengeti game drive.

This is the day you have been waiting for! We depart early in the morning and drive to northern Serengeti. As you set out on your game drive, the open savannah will unfold before you, heightening your senses as you listen to the sounds of nature and scan the horizon for any signs of movement.

As you venture closer to the Mara river, you might start to see vast herds of wildebeests, with their shaggy manes and sweeping horns, grazing peacefully. Along the way, you may encounter other predators such as lions, cheetahs, and hyenas who are always on the lookout for their next meal.

During the migration season, you may also witness the wildebeest river crossing. As the herds move towards the Mara River, they must navigate treacherous waters filled with crocodiles and strong currents. The excitement and tension in the air during this event are palpable, and it's a moment you'll never forget.

As the sun sets, you'll head towards your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Full day game drive in north Serengeti where you will track Wildebeest migration.

After an early breakfast, you will head out to make the most of the day. There is a chance you may see the animals crossing the Mara River.

Hundreds of thousands of desperate wildebeest gather together on the banks of the river, gazing wistfully across the turbulent water at the green grass on the other side, but no animal will make a move.

All it takes is one brave wildebeest to take the 'literal' plunge, and then, all follow!

The animals that successfully avoid the awaiting crocodile jaws and make it over the river are rewarded with the lush green grazing grass of the Maasai Mara.

Early morning game drive at Serengeti followed by afternoon drive to Ngorongoro Conservation area.

On this day we suggest a very early wake up in order to do an early morning game drive when the animals are more active. Also witness one of the best sunrises you'll ever see. It's really an exceptionally beautiful experience.

After the game drive, we return to the camp for a rewarding brunch and then we'll proceed towards Ngorongoro, the 8th wonder of the Natural World.

The drive takes you back through the Serengeti via a different route, offering plenty of opportunities to spot the animals that eluded you before. You will see wildebeest and zebras migrating together, tall and graceful giraffes, jumping antelopes and gazelles, the mighty African elephant and the predators. You will have the chance to spot lean cheetahs and shy leopards, foraging hyenas, and last but not least, the king himself, the lion.

You should reach Ngorongoro region in time for a sundowner.

The eventful day comes to an end with a dinner and a good night’s rest in your accommodation.

Game drive at Ngorongoro crater and in afternoon drive to Arusha.

Starting early, we descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a captivating morning amidst diverse wildlife. When you first glimpse this vast, verdant caldera from the panoramic viewpoint, you will soon understand why it has earned such a lofty reputation.

Home to over 120 mammal species, including the fabled Big Five, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area is one of the world's most sought-after safari destinations. It is a perfect place to see the endangered black rhinoceros enjoying a lonely meal out on the grass plains and large numbers of hippopotamus enjoying the cool water. From the comfort of your open-top vehicle, you can observe and photograph some of Africa's most recognizable faces.

Following a rewarding game drive, enjoy a picnic near the famed Hippo pool. An additional short game drive precedes our ascent from the crater. We depart towards Arusha, aiming to return by 5 pm, allowing flexibility for travel arrangements.
