At Lifemate Safaris Limited in Tanzania, we once had a group of tourists who came to enjoy a safari in Serengeti. They were very happy and excited to see lions, elephants, and other wild animals. On the third day of the safari, one of the guests received very sad news from home. A close family member had passed away. The guest was very upset and did not know what to do. It was a very difficult moment for them. Our team quickly came together to support the guest. Our guide stayed with them, listened, and comforted them. Our office team helped to arrange early transport back to Arusha and assisted with changing flight tickets so the guest could travel home as soon as possible. We also made sure the rest of the group continued their safari without stress. We kept checking on the guest until they safely reached the airport. Later, the guest sent us a message thanking Lifemate Safaris Limited for the care, kindness, and quick help during such a hard time. This experience showed that at Lifemate Safaris Limited, we do not only organize safaris — we care about our clients as people. When there is a problem, we act fast, we stay calm, and we support our guests in every way we can.
At Lifemate Safaris Limited, our guides don’t just drive through the bush they read it like a book. One early morning in the Serengeti, the sun had just started to rise. The sky was orange and quiet. Our guests were hoping to see something special, but for almost two hours, we had only seen zebras and antelopes. Then our guide suddenly slowed down the vehicle. He noticed something very small birds flying in a tight circle far away and a group of impalas standing very still. Most people would not see anything unusual. But our guide knew this was not normal. He told the guests softly, “There is a predator nearby.” Instead of driving randomly, he carefully followed fresh paw prints in the sand. After about 15 minutes, he stopped the vehicle and turned off the engine. Hidden in the tall grass, just a few meters away, was a lioness with her cubs. They were preparing for a hunt. The guests were completely silent. One even whispered, “How did you know?” Our guide smiled and explained how the bush always gives signs the birds, the tracks, the behavior of other animals. You just need experience to understand it. Suddenly, the lioness moved. Within seconds, the action began. It was natural, powerful, and unforgettable. The guests said it was the highlight of their entire trip. That day, they understood something important: a safari is not about luck. It is about knowledge, patience, and deep understanding of wildlife. At Lifemate Safaris Limited, our guides are not just drivers they are wildlife experts who turn ordinary moments into unforgettable experiences.

We had an incredible 5-day safari experience in Nyerere National Park and Mikumi National Park with Lifemate Safaris, and our guide Cornely made the trip truly unforgettable. Cornely was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about wildlife. He had an amazing eye for spotting animals and took the time to explain everything we saw, making each game drive both exciting and educational. He was also friendly, patient, and always made sure we felt safe and comfortable. Thanks to Cornely, we saw an incredible variety of wildlife and learned so much about the parks and local culture. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide and highly recommend Cornely and Lifemate Safaris to anyone planning a safari in Tanzania.
We did a safari in Tanzania with Lifemate Safaris in June, traveling as a group of five friends, and it was an amazing experience from beginning to end. Our trip included Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro, and each place was incredible in its own way. Tarangire was full of elephants, the Serengeti had unbelievable wildlife (we saw lions, cheetahs, and so many animals), and Ngorongoro was just stunning — easily one of the highlights of the trip. Our guide was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He really knew where to find the animals and took time to explain things, which made the experience even better. Everything was well organized, the safari vehicle was comfortable, and we always felt well taken care of. June was a great time to travel — good weather and great game viewing. Overall, we had an unforgettable safari and would definitely recommend Lifemate Safaris to anyone planning a trip to Tanzania.
We booked a 5-day safari to the Serengeti. When we were picked up at the Seronera Airstrip by our guide Nelson, we also started the game drive after a short briefing. Nelson is a very friendly and very experienced guide with whom you feel safe every second and the fun is not neglected. He speaks excellent German and responds to all wishes. The lodges and camps were perfectly integrated into the route. It was already our 4th safari and so far the BEST!!!! We will definitely book a safari with Nelson again. We say ASANTE SANA NA TUTARUDI
We went on a 6-day safari in Tanzania with Life Mate Safaris as a family — me, my husband, and our two children — and it was an experience we will never forget. We visited Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park, and the Ngorongoro Crater. Each place was special in its own way. In Tarangire, we saw many elephants and beautiful landscapes. The Serengeti was incredible with so much wildlife everywhere, and Ngorongoro Crater was simply breathtaking. We saw lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and many other animals. Seeing all this with our children was very special. From the first day, we felt very well taken care of. Our guide was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. He explained things clearly and made sure our children were comfortable and enjoying the safari. He always stopped when we wanted to see animals or take photos and never rushed us. The team at Life Mate Safaris treated us with great care and respect. Everything was well organized, from the transport to the lodges. The accommodations were comfortable and family-friendly, and the food was good throughout the trip. We felt safe, relaxed, and truly welcomed during the whole safari. It was not just a trip, but a beautiful family memory. We highly recommend Life Mate Safaris to anyone visiting Tanzania, especially families.
Nelson was an amazing guide through Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater for our 8 day adventure. The places we stayed were all amazing, while his enthusiastic attitude made the experience all the more personal. Would highly recommend his tours!
I had an unforgettable experience with Lifemate Safari during my trip to Zanzibar. The safari was well organized from start to finish, and the agent was very professional, friendly, and supportive throughout the journey. I visited Mnemba Island, Nakupenda Island, Forodhani, and Stone Town, and every destination was absolutely amazing. The guides were knowledgeable and made sure we enjoyed each place comfortably and safely. Everything was well planned, from transportation to timing, which made the trip stress-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend Lifemate Safari to anyone planning a safari or tour in Zanzibar. Truly a memorable experience!
Our 9-day safari with Lifemate Safaris was simply fantastic! Everything was perfectly organized, the guide was incredibly knowledgeable and personable, we saw the Big Five several times, experienced great moments in the Serengeti and had great accommodations with delicious food. The team took care of every detail – clean jeeps, punctual transfers, small highlights in between. Lifemate Safaris was really outstanding, professional and warm. We will definitely be back! 5/5 stars – unqualified recommendation! 🦁🌿✨

Our safari guide was excellent. Over seven days, he always got us safely from one place to another. With his friendly personality and strong motivation, he did everything possible to show us as much wildlife as he could. Thanks to his experience and sharp eye, we had unforgettable safari moments. Highly recommended!
We spent five days with Lifemate Safaris in Tanzania, exploring Tarangire, North and Central Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater, and it was beyond amazing. The itinerary was perfectly organised, the camps and lodges were comfortable, and the food was excellent — especially the freshly cooked lunches on safari. Our vehicle was spacious, had a fridge for cold drinks, and even came with complimentary bottles of wine with personalised messages — such a thoughtful touch! The real highlight was our guide, Cornel. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience. We saw the Big Five and some incredible wildlife moments, including a wildebeest Mara River crossing — truly unforgettable! Cornel’s wildlife knowledge is outstanding, and he knew exactly where to position the jeep to get the best views, even during peak season. He was friendly, approachable, enthusiastic, and always made sure we were comfortable, getting the best angles for photos and accommodating all our requests. We’re so grateful to Cornel and Lifemate Safaris for making this trip truly once-in-a-lifetime. We highly recommend Lifemate Safaris — and definitely request Cornel as your guide!
My trip went very well. We thoroughly enjoyed the safari ; the guide was very friendly, available, and very punctual, the animals held no secrets for him. The beauty of the landscapes, the nature, and the organization of the trip were perfect. The kindness and hospitality of the Tanzanian people, their culture and their way of being, deeply touched us.
