NoMiddleManTours is a platform that connects travelers with verified local tour operators in Tanzania and East Africa. We provide itinerary information, accommodation listings, and facilitate quote requests between travelers and operators.

2. Our Role

We act as an information and connection platform — not as a tour operator, travel agent, or booking agency. When you book a safari through an operator you found on our platform, your contractual relationship is directly with that operator. We do not organize, operate, or take responsibility for the tours themselves.

3. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure our itineraries, accommodation details, and pricing information are accurate and up-to-date. However, prices, availability, and conditions may change without notice. Final pricing and terms are confirmed directly between you and the tour operator.

4. Operator Verification

All tour operators on our platform are verified for valid licensing and operational credentials. However, we do not guarantee the quality of any specific tour or service. We encourage travelers to review operator credentials and communicate directly before booking.

5. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on NoMiddleManTours — including itinerary descriptions, destination guides, and accommodation reviews — is our intellectual property or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use this content without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

NoMiddleManTours is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from tours, accommodations, or services provided by operators listed on our platform. Our liability is limited to the fees (if any) you paid directly to us for platform services.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
